DHL is Microsoft's shiper when it come to repairs. Well it seems like Microsoft should not trust them anymore. A DHL employee stole a repired Xbox 360! 
" I sent my defective 360 back for repair 11/28 and it was fixed and shipped back to me on 12/1. The morning of 12/2 it was scanned at my local DHL facility but never made it onto the truck. DHL admits it was likely stolen by an employee and has updated the tracking information accordingly. They told me to call Microsoft to initiate a claim.
Does anyone know a direct number at Microsoft I can call to get this resolved? 800-4MY-XBOX tells me they can't do anything and promised "someone" would call me yesterday but that didn't happen, and I have yet to get a call today. Where should I turn? Very confused and frustrated here… if you can help please let me know."

ATTENTION people do not use dhl with your 360
today i finally get my xbox from getting repaired and i come home and the box is empty and xbox is no where to be found so now im freakin out like wtf so i call microsoft see if they can help they are tryin everything they can so my mom is really pissed after pissing away 500$. my mom calls DHL and DHL is trying to get out of it and say its not their fault even though its obvious they stole it because when it was shipped from microsoft it wieghed 12 pounds meaning the xbox was inside and it gets to my house and its empty and driver says it was empty when he dropped it off. also they attempted to deliver it on friday the 6th and no one was home they DONT leave a notice about it and come back monday and decide to drop it off on my porch when its required to get a signature. they dropped it off at 9:10 this morning and my sister sees it on the porch at 10 and brings it inside at notices that its empty. i know all my neighbors and they wouldnt steal stuff from us. so now im just confused and pissed off SO DONT USE DHL!!!!!!! OTHER PEOPLE COMPLAINED ABOUT DHL AND THEIR 360S GETTIN STOLEN TOO i wasnt aware of this until about a hour ago
that sucks
but if it was sent by recorded delivery you should be insured upto like $600
